By participating in Terrigal Trotters events, I acknowledge that running and related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, traffic hazards, and health events such as dehydration or cardiac issues.

I confirm that I am physically fit to participate and that I am solely responsible for monitoring my health and wellbeing before, during and after any event.

I release and indemnify Terrigal Trotters, its committee, volunteers and members from any liability for personal injury, loss or damage arising from my participation, except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law.
